If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return or email us at cs@whatyouneed.com.au
- Print the return shipping label that you will receive a link to via email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
- Once you item has been delivered back to our warehouse, please allow 2 business days for your refund, exchange or store credit to be processed.
- Any damaged / used items that are returned will be posted back to the customer at their expense and no refund, exchange or store credit will be processed.
- Please note that some items will not be eligible to be returned using the Australia Post returns portal mentioned above. In these circumstances, the return address will be provided to you to return the item to using your local post office.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email (payment must be received prior to shipping). You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.
For all Tracking information please check your Customer Account or the Email that was sent to your registered email address upon confirmation of shipping.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
All orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post Standard or Express Delivery or Star Track FPP. Parcels do not require a signature on delivery and will be left in a safe place at the address. If you need a signature on delivery for your order, this needs to be added into your order notes at the checkout.
Heavy / Large Items
- Some high price items will automatically have a signature applied to the order due to the price.
- Some heavy items will not qualify for free shipping due to the size and weight of the parcel.
Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.
Standard Sized Items
Orders under $150 have the option to choose from Standard Postage for $12.50 or Express Postage for $15.00.
Orders over $150 (that are not heavy/large items) will have free Standard Shipping automatically applied at the checkout as well as the option to choose Express Postage for $15.00.
International Shipping
All International orders are sent via Australia Post Standard or Express.
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Fiji, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Vanuatu, Malaysia
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. What You Need is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cs@whatyouneed.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
For international orders - If you haven’t received your order within 45 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at online@brighteyes.com.au with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
We ship to P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers within Australia.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund, exchange or apply a store credit for the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return and/or the shipping cost to send the item to you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at cs@whatyouneed.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
